AI app CaféCash Counter & Ledger: Privacy Policy
What the app stores
Cash counts, history, ledger people and entries, your chosen currency and theme, and your app lock choice are saved only in the app's private storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to any server.
Backups, slips and statements
- Save to phone creates a backup file in your Downloads/CashCounter folder only when you tap it.
- Share opens the Android share sheet. The slip, statement or backup goes only to the app and person you pick. We never see it.
- Anyone who has a backup file can read it, so keep it somewhere safe.
App lock
If you turn on the app lock, the app asks Android to confirm with your phone's screen lock or fingerprint. We do not receive or store your PIN, pattern or fingerprint.
Permissions
The app does not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or messages.
Children
The app is a general tool for counting cash and keeping accounts. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Google Play
Google may collect standard install and crash information for apps on Google Play under its own policy. That is outside our control and not shared with us in a way that identifies you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
